Ashleigh is a registered Occupational Therapist with over 7 years of experience supporting people in both acute mental health settings and with neurodiverse needs. Throughout her career, she has seen first-hand how life’s challenges, big and small, can affect our sense of self, our relationships, and our daily lives. She is deeply passionate about helping people find their own balance, regain confidence, and live life to its fullest.
Ashleigh specialises in the connection between our sensory systems and our mental wellbeing. Our senses shape how we experience the world — influencing our emotions, energy, and resilience — and understanding this connection can be a powerful step toward healing and growth.

Sessions will usually take place online on the same day, at the same time each week and last for 45 minutes. For all sessions, if you join late, it will still finish at the agreed time.
Sessions will be charged at £60. Payments can be made by bank transfer at the end of the session. There is an option to pay for 5 sessions upfront at a discounted rate of £250. The next session will not be scheduled until the previous one has been paid. For billing support, contact steady.mind@outlook.com.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know by email as soon as possible. Unless we have made a different arrangement, sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. This is because the time has been set aside specifically for you and cannot be offered to another client at short notice. Holidays should be planned and discussed in advance. I will always inform you well ahead of time about any planned breaks in my schedule. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session unexpectedly, I will give you as much notice as possible, and you will not be charged.
